a consumer myself, I don't buy anything
anymore unless I'm absolutely convinced it's
the right product for me. A tough sell, yeah,
but most people today are. I know that, so I
don't just throw lackluster words or cliches
out there in the hope something will stick. They
won't. My ads, websites, brochures, emails are
calculated to make the most difficult sale of all.
